JannineAboutJumpHorse Experience:
Janine Klayman spent much of her early life figuring out how to get a horse, and all of her adult life figuring out how to continue to afford them. Now a show jumper, eventer, fox-hunter and combined driving wannabe, who has also done her share of breeding, built and run a Combined Training Facility, hosted clinics with World Class Riders and Trainers from the US and Europe, and operated multiple Barn Bed and Breakfasts to accommodate competitive riders as well as enthusiasts, it seems Janine has gotten in so deep she will never be able to retire.

Real World Experience:
Janine Klayman has been responsible for the creative product of over 4 major advertising agencies as well as a number of smaller ones over the years. Her clients have ranged from such global names as Pepsi International, Phillip Morris, McDonalds, Kellogg, and Caterpillar, to smaller regional clients such as The Michigan Lottery, Flagstar Bank, the Michigan Dental Association, The Detroit Tigers and Merial to name just a few: for whom she helped introduce Gastrogard and Eqvalen among others.

Before co-founding EqXcite with Toby Raymond, Janine honed her skills at Retail serving as SR VP Executive Creative Director for a mid sized agency in Detroit, turned a small consulting group in Cinncinnati into a full service agency that won both national and regional awards for its clients while putting many of them on the map, and transformed many a blah brand into a boom brand during her tenure at Leo Burnett Chicago with managing partner James Curry, as SR VP Creative Director.

As for awards, Janine’s clients have enjoyed them all. Clio’s, NY Film Festival Awards, Effies (for Effectiveness), Addies, Windy’s, Caddy’s, SIAA awards for the Service Industries, Golden Apples for Healthcare, and more ... by consistently delivering work that stands out, gets noticed and is recognized as the best in its class.

But most importantly, it means every dollar spent was a harder working dollar that produced both awareness and results. And that is what has earned Janine a reputation as the Johnny Appleseed of growth, and the Houdini of flat or faltering brands.
